Openings and Sponsorship for a Wireless Mythology Art Exhibit.
As the Wireless Internet era dawns, artists of all media are experimenting with their own sense of imagery, music, theater, interaction and new chemistry. This is a call for a sponsorship of artists to guide culture through a sense of present possiblities. This is a call for a curatorship and exhibition of Wireless Mythology.
Industries are inventing new devices, networks, and servers. People are exploring, playing with new applications. The shift is to become active, physically aware, cross-connected to the infosphere.
Identity, action, location, and time are the new media.
Artists have seen ahead of time the miracles, strangeness and perils of technology. Invisible wireless cellular technology is no exception. Consider two notable technologies changing our lives - the telegraph morse code came to us from a portrait artist, CDMA frequency hopping from an actress and a musician. Furthermore, countless filmmaker, artists and writers have projected communicators and invisibly magic technologies. With so much before us, let us create a mythology for the future.
